HVAC Supervisor
St Albans & Surrounding Areas
£45,000 - £50,000

An exciting opportunity for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join a leading building services provider on a mobile role, covering the St Albans area and surrounding areas.

You will be qualified in HVAC or Building Services (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, F-Gas certified) and have strong supervisory skills. This role suits a technically skilled engineer with experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, looking to take ownership of a team and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Duties:

Supervising and supporting a team of HVAC technicians
Overseeing HVAC installations, servicing, and repairs
Troubleshooting faults across a range of HVAC systems
Conducting and managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations
Promoting safe working practices and quality assurance
Organising subcontractors where needed
Liaising with clients and attending meetings as required
Completing job reports, RAMS, and logbooks
Raising and closing jobs via PDA/system
Keeping the account manager updated on project progress Requirements:

City & Guilds / NVQ / F-Gas or equivalent HVAC qualification
Strong experience in HVAC systems (diagnosis, repair, maintenance)
Proven supervisory or lead engineer experience
Knowledge of compliance and safety regulations
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
Organised, proactive, and team-oriented
Full UK driving licence (required) Salary and Benefits:
