Job summary

An educational recruitment agency is seeking a Classroom Supervisor for a rated ‘Good’ Secondary School in Northumberland, starting in September 2025. This role offers the chance to gain classroom management experience without being a qualified teacher. You will deliver pre-set lessons, ensure a safe learning environment, and work with supportive staff. Excellent pay rates and personal consultancy support are offered.

• Follow and implement the school’s Safeguarding and Behaviour policies.
• Liaise with the school’s Cover Manager to provide feedback on classes.
• No planning or marking required.
