Job description

FM Conway is recruiting for a Supervisor to join our Water and Drainage division.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, coordinating on-site resources, inspecting sites, supervising a team, and planning upcoming projects to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Hickstead, West Sussex.

The duties of the Supervisor will include:

• Monitoring works for invoicing purposes and completing and submitting all supporting documentation
• Ensuring all team communications are carried out and understood
• Managing any immediate performance issues, referring any that require escalation
• Maintaining and building excellent client relationships
• Liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure site works are coordinated and projects are delivered on schedule

What skills and experience do you need?

We are looking for a Supervisor with knowledge of drainage gully cleaning and jetting. You should have experience in coordinating transport operations and a good understanding of health and safety legislation. It is essential to have a CSCS card, full UK driving license, a health and safety qualification (such as SSSTS), and a high-pressure water jetting certification.
