We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent who can offer a professional, dedicated, and personal experience to every customer who contacts our Customer Service Centre. • Answering inbound calls with professionalism and warmth
• Managing customer orders accurately using SAP
• Building strong relationships through personal and empathetic communication
• Navigating systems efficiently to keep customers informed
• Resolving issues and complaints with confidence and care
• Collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs
• Supporting team morale and contributing to CSC’s goals

• Minimum Grade 4/C GCSE in Maths and English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with SAP and Syncrotess systems
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a large, target-driven environment
