Pay Rate and Benefits: Our Shift Leader rate starts from £14.76/hr; increases to £15.97/hr inside M25. Additional night premium of £2.35/hr applies between midnight and 6am. Guaranteed minimum hours are 16 per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We support flexible scheduling.
