This role requires excellent leadership skills, confidence, and innovation. You will support staff in recovery work, oversee quality assurance and safeguarding, and manage competing demands and tight deadlines.

The position is full-time and permanent, with a salary of £30,390 - £41,700 per year (including a £4,000 Inner London Weighting).

Managing and developing your team, motivating them to deliver exceptional services, and connecting effectively with staff and service users are key to success. The role involves handling multiple priorities, data analysis, and administrative tasks.

  • Experience in health, social care, or criminal justice settings, working with statutory and non-statutory agencies
  • Proven management and team development experience
  • An understanding of issues faced by people with drug, alcohol, or mental health challenges
  • Knowledge of health and safety, including risk assessment
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Results-driven with analytical skills
