Job Description

We're looking for a detail-driven finance professional to take ownership of our Owner Income accounting. In this key role, you’ll provide valuable financial insight to the leadership team, helping to shape business decisions while ensuring strong financial controls are always in place. What you will be doing...

• Line Management responsibility for one direct report.
• Overall owner for the Owner Income P&L and associated Balance Sheet Reconciliation
• Produce monthly / weekly management accounts, variance analysis and commentaries
• Analyse financial information to provide value added commentary to assist business profitability and growth
• Carry out monthly/ weekly calculations for owners billing covering utilities, insurance, and recharges, continually reviewing rates charged, ensuring link to the overheads P&L
• Managing the Owners year end process including liaising with auditors and responding to audit queries in a timely manner
• Carry out continuous reviews of working practices to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations

Some of the skills and experience we are looking for:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Experience of multi-site or similar size Business
• Experience of supporting operational teams
• Sun systems knowledge preferred
• Experience of Microsoft packages
• Process improvement and working in a fast-paced environment
