Job Title: Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing RIBA chartered architectural practice who provide their expertise to the commercial sector. They are on the lookout for a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their expanding team in York.

• Help assist on the delivery of commercial projects
• Assist with planning applications and technical drawings
• Work alongside other consultants and clients across all RIBA work stages
• undertake site visits and design meetings to help ensure high quality compliance is achieved

• Completed your RIBA Part 1 and Part 2 qualifications
• Relevant post Part 2 qualification experience as an Architectural Assistant
• Proficiency with Revit is desirable
• Experience working on projects within the commercial sector
• Strong drawing and design skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Live within a commutable distance to the York area
