A Financial Services recruitment firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow their loan book, work remotely within the Kent area, and build relationships with clients and introducers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Business Development and financial services. This role offers a salary of up to £46,000 with an uncapped commission structure and additional benefits including holiday options and a mileage reimbursement plan.
