Who We Are Looking For:
This position is ideal for a qualified ACA or ACCA Accountant with experience in practice. Alternatively, a qualified AAT with a minimum of five years’ practice experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of sole trader, partnership, and company accounts from client records
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns and company tax returns
• Preparing tax computations and handling various tax and compliance matters
• Supporting private clients with compliance and advisory services
• Reviewing VAT returns and bookkeeping prepared by junior staff and clients
• Assisting with office workflow and maintaining client relationships
• Advising clients on bookkeeping software and process improvements

Key Skills & Requirements:

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent spoken and written communication
• Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
• Confident working both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with IRIS software is beneficial but not essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various bookkeeping software
