This Assistant Management Accountant opportunity gives you real ownership of management accounts, hands‑on use of Xero and the support to progress your finance career within a growing, welcoming business.

My client is expanding and, as a result, is looking to bring in an Assistant Management Accountant to work closely with the Finance Director. In this role, you'll be involved in the preparation and production of management accounts, supporting VAT returns, reconciling bank transactions and liaising with auditors, all while developing your technical and commercial understanding of the business.

You'll also work alongside an outsourced finance team, giving you valuable exposure to international finance operations and end-to-end processes.
