About The Role

As Marketing Manager, you'll lead our marketing efforts by combining creativity with strategy. You'll plan and execute campaigns that boost brand visibility, attract customers, and support sales. From managing our website and online presence to overseeing social media and print campaigns, you'll drive customer engagement and shape our marketing strategy. Working hours will be Monday - Friday, 7.30am to 4.30pm or 8am to 5pm.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store platforms
• Design visuals and write SEO-friendly content for web, ads, social media, and product listings
• Manage and optimise the WordPress WooCommerce website and eBay presence
• Run targeted social media and Google Ads campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales
• Monitor performance metrics to refine strategies and drive customer engagement
  
  

About You

As our new Marketing Manager, you are a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record in marketing and graphic design. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools), you excel at producing compelling visuals and content that engage audiences and drive results. You bring strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and analytics, along with solid knowledge of WordPress/WooCommerce and e-commerce platforms like eBay. Your excellent writing and content creation skills support cohesive, customer-focused campaigns. Organised, proactive, and results-driven, you thrive in fast-paced environments and consistently deliver high-impact marketing initiatives.
