One of my top global clients are looking for a qualified Senior Management Accountant to join their London-based Finance team and play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting and insights.

About the Role

As a Senior Management Accountant, you will:

  • Lead the reporting and analysis of financial results across business units.
  • Support financial communications and initiatives with key stakeholders.
  • Drive performance improvement through analysis of key metrics.
  • Manage finance-related projects, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure the integrity of financial transactions and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Provide financial support to lawyers and business professionals to enhance profitability.
  • Assist with statutory accounts preparation and external audits.
  • Support payroll and expense processes, including benefits identification.
  • Deliver training and maintain financial systems and tables.
About the Team

The Finance function supports strategic decision-making, manages cash flow, ensures purchasing efficiency, and oversees financial reporting and forecasting. You'll report to the Associate Director - Business Reporting, Finance & Accounting, and collaborate with global and in-market teams across finance, legal, and business services.

About You

For this Senior Management Accountant role, they are looking for someone who brings:

  • A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Significant experience in finance, ideally within a global professional services environment.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.
  • The ability to influence and consult with senior leaders.
