Are you an experienced Commercial Manager delivering projects within the Engineering/Civil industry?

PT Renewables longest-standing client is looking to add to their Commercial team within the infrastructure division.

You'll be joining a growing business who are a Tier-1 supplier to National Rail.

The Role

Reporting directly into the Senior Commercial Manager, the Commercial Manager is responsible for the day-to-day Commercial Management function for a variety contracts.

This role will deal with clients and projects related to the Rail industry including National Rail, Network Rail, National Highways and more.

• Ensure that all commercial and operational cost control processes are followed at all times.
• Manage the commercial processes for assigned contracts ensuring that Applications for Payment and Invoices are accurate and raised on time.
• Engage with Operational Teams to regularly review and optimise cost management processes
• Build strong relationships with Group Procurement and Group Pricing and internal Estimating teams, providing support as required.

About you

• Level 4/5 qualification in Finance/Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management
• 5+ years in a Commercial Management position - within Rail
• Commercial knowledge of NR4 and NR3 contracts
• Working knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts.
• Starting salary up to £65,000
• Hybrid working in Nottingham
