A wonderful opportunity for an experienced German / Mandarin / English DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER based in Frankfurt to work, initially, 100% remote in fashion e-commerce. This role offers genuine independence, allowing you to create marketing strategies that will drive the growth of this fashion brand in Europe.

This is a unique opportunity to work for a renowned online fashion retailer. The role is fully remote and suited for someone passionate about e-commerce with a strong understanding of digital marketing, both online and offline. Knowledge of the German market and culture is essential. As the sole representative in Germany initially, you will play a key role and collaborate closely with the Marketing, PR & Strategy teams in Shanghai and Singapore. There is potential for growth and team development.

The Role :

1. Analyze the German e-commerce landscape to support strategic growth
2. Research the fashion e-commerce sector and competitors, including pricing strategies
3. Develop marketing analyses, trends, and insights on markets and competitors
4. Prepare reports to aid senior decision-makers on branding, social media, SEO, and PPC strategies
5. Manage brand positioning and strategy
6. Provide creative insights into customer demographics and purchasing behaviors
7. Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns

Requirements :

• Proven marketing experience in e-commerce and online retail
• Preferably a background in fashion, especially luxury brands
• Fluent in German, English, and Mandarin
• Degree qualification is preferred but not mandatory
