As a Sales Specialist at Nutanix, your role will be to ensure the success of Nutanix running on Public Hyperscalers and Regional Cloud Scalers such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google. You will have the support of a pre-sales technical team and other resources to help demonstrate and prove our solutions. Join our team and contribute to our mission of enabling success. Sales at Nutanix The Nutanix Hybrid Multi Cloud team at Nutanix is responsible for the Central European region. As a job applicant, you will be a hands-on leader and coach, delivering solution evaluations and orchestrating large deal structures. You will contribute to team successes by driving expansion opportunities, constructing commercial deal proposals, and ensuring adoption plans are in place for further growth. The team's uniqueness lies in its focus on hybrid multi-cloud solutions and its impact on business stakeholders. Your Role

  • Collaborate with Product experts, Solution Architects, Nutanix Services, and partners to promote adoption of Nutanix NC2 solutions.
  • Conduct business value discussions with customers and field teams to showcase the TCO and ROI of Nutanix solutions throughout the sales cycle.
  • Provide feedback to sales, marketing, product teams, and engineering to influence Nutanix NC2 strategies and enhance product requirements in your region.
  • Partner with our sales organization to drive business with key customers and foster strong relationships.
  • Engage the Nutanix partner network to expand pipeline and partner sales for Nutanix Hybrid Multicloud solutions, with a focus on AWS, Azure, Google, Equinix, metal, OVHcloud, and Cyxtera.

First Year Objectives :

  • Take ownership of sales revenue and GTM plan to exceed targets for NC2 in your assigned region.
  • Generate pipeline by leveraging Marketing, Channel, and Field activation tactics, as well as contract vehicles and partners.
  • Serve as a Solutions Sales Specialist and trusted advisor, guiding customer decisions and adoption of Nutanix NC2.
  • Establish yourself as a thought leader in Nutanix hybrid multi-cloud and represent Nutanix through PR, blogs, social media initiatives, and events.

What Will You Bring

  • You have 5+ years of experience with a successful track record of quota-carrying cloud software sales in a fast-paced, highly competitive, ever-changing sales environment.
  • Experience working across a matrix organization and can influence key stakeholders.
  • Possess deep knowledge of cloud, virtualization and mgmt / ops technologies.
  • Experience working within the public cloud eco-system and or familiarity with AWS, Azure and Google service offerings.
  • Experience selling into IT Cloud, DevOps, FinOps, or Infra teams.
  • Experience engaging at a C-level.
  • Experience selling new technologies and focus on product adoption and expansion.
  • History of co-ownership and execution of ambitious growth plans.
  • The job may require extensive travel, up to 40-50% of travel.
  • Business Fluent German & English is a requirement for this role.
