Role Overview
The company is looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager with strong ABM and content activation experience to join their Berlin-based team. This role is ideal for a marketer who knows how to turn content into conversations, leads, and pipeline.
To succeed in this role, the candidate must be a native German speaker with excellent English skills , able to navigate local market nuances while collaborating with global teams.
The Growth Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing Germany to identify and target high-value developer and architect accounts, structure campaigns, and drive measurable growth. This is a high-impact position that blends strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
You will also collaborate with the global marketing team to localize messaging, assets, and campaigns — ensuring maximum relevance and impact in the DACH region.
