Fully integrated communications agency headquartered in Germany seeks a Managing Director. With more than 80 offices globally, they offer full relocation coverage for the right candidate looking to move to Germany and work in the heart of Berlin! This is a role for a seasoned communications professional with experience at a large global US-based agency and a fantastic opportunity to work with an international team and clients.

What You'll Get to Do :

1. Coordinate global integrated campaigns with 82 network agencies worldwide
2. Develop new business strategies, oversee financial and reporting activities
3. Manage staff, recruit, and develop and implement business plans

Who We're Seeking :

1. 10 years of relevant work experience in PR within a global agency setting, preferably US-based
2. Deep understanding of integrated communications, B2B and B2C
3. Strong media relations skills, with an extensive network of professionals nationally and internationally
4. Fluency in English and German is required; additional languages are a plus
5. Client management: approximately 50% of clients are from the public sector; understanding of cooperation with political institutions is essential
