Fluent German (C1+) and strong English proficiency
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
6-12 months of experience in advertising, PPC campaigns, or outbound sales (B2B preferred)
Analytical mindset, strong communication, and leadership skills
Passion for marketing, technology, and digital advertising

Full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday)
Permanent contract
Competitive salary (€24,310 – €30,000 gross per year)
Performance bonus (up to €3,000 – €4,290 per year)
