We are seeking a highly talented, self-motivated and analytically minded (Junior) Key Account Manager with strong and proven experience in delivering Business Intelligence and Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting solutions.
The Key Account Manager will own the end-to-end experience for enterprise customers and will drive satisfaction and outcomes that lead to renewals, expansion and advocacy for Board solutions. The customers the Key Account Manager will be responsible for will come from customers operating across a multitude of several industry sectors (professional services, retail, FMGC, and more) where significant and consistent growth is expected. The Key Account Manager will work hand in hand with the customer to optimize the experience they have with the Board Platform. This requires a passion for serving the customer in a professional, fair and meaningful fashion to ensure that their engagement with Board is truly exceptional.
