About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor for German businesses, optimizing their online advertising efforts
Develop and implement performance-driven digital marketing strategies
Provide data-driven recommendations to maximize ROI and campaign success
Engage with clients via phone, video calls, and email to build lasting relationships
Work towards sales targets, contributing to overall team success in expanding the EMEA market

What You Need

Native or C1 level German and fluency in English
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
6-12 months of experience in advertising, PPC campaigns, or outbound sales (B2B preferred)
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Passion for marketing, technology, and continuous learning

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary: €24,310 – €30,000 gross per year (based on experience)
Sales Bonus: Up to €3,000 – €4,290 gross per year
