As the Regional Marketing Lead you will join our award-winning marketing team and oversee strategy, planning and execution for integrated marketing programs and campaigns in DACH. We are looking for a bold-thinking marketing professional — with strong experience in B2B marketing and a demonstrated ability to drive growth and work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of organization, including teams in marketing, sales, and delivery.
You will have deep understanding of integrated marketing, brand strategy and growth marketing. This role requires a growth mindset – someone who is constantly consuming and understanding audience insights, buyer trends, market research and data forecasts—in the hope to construct the best possible customer journey and experience for our audiences. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated and a natural collaborator. You understand the importance of both a digital and an innovative multi-channel approach but is also not afraid to try new marketing tactics in the spirit of growth.
