Since 1994, Amazon has expanded its product selection and innovated to fulfill its goal of being the most customer-centric company on earth. Since 2015, Amazon.com has been reinventing itself for business customers, focusing on building Amazon Business, the largest and most innovative B2B marketplace globally.
Our business customers range from individual professionals and small businesses to large institutions, each with different needs than traditional retail customers. We are transforming how we display our selection, price, and deliver products to enhance the entire customer experience.
Strategic Adoption Managers (SAM) own and implement transformation projects for large strategic accounts (businesses with annual revenues of $2.5BN or more).
