Jobbeschreibung

What you´ll do

  1. Conduct regular customer meetings to review performance, align initiatives to achieve targets, and strengthen networks with relevant business partners to generate new leads and projects.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all functions within customer organizations in Nordics, Germany, and the UK, driving all demands.
  3. Oversee profitable sales development for the Nonwovens and Tissue & Towel segments.
  4. Analyze customer adhesive potential, monitor competition activities, and initiate contacts at various levels including plants, R&D, quality, purchasing, logistics, marketing, and management.
  5. Define and present ambitious yet achievable yearly plans.
  6. Develop and negotiate successful strategies to grow the business.
  7. Maintain close communication with internal teams such as AE, PD, PLM, Marketing, and Management to drive profitable regional growth strategies.
  8. Regularly track business metrics, identify gaps and opportunities in performance (Turnover, Profitability, Product Mix), and implement counter-measures as needed.

What makes you a good fit

  • Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in technical sales.
  • Strong ability to influence, motivate, and build relationships across all levels, with a focus on results and value creation.
  • Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset, capable of coordinating projects with internal stakeholders both commercially and technically.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and work remotely.
  • Fluent in German and English; knowledge of additional languages such as Swedish, Dutch, or Italian is a plus.
