What you´ll do
- Conduct regular customer meetings to review performance, align initiatives to achieve targets, and strengthen networks with relevant business partners to generate new leads and projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all functions within customer organizations in Nordics, Germany, and the UK, driving all demands.
- Oversee profitable sales development for the Nonwovens and Tissue & Towel segments.
- Analyze customer adhesive potential, monitor competition activities, and initiate contacts at various levels including plants, R&D, quality, purchasing, logistics, marketing, and management.
- Define and present ambitious yet achievable yearly plans.
- Develop and negotiate successful strategies to grow the business.
- Maintain close communication with internal teams such as AE, PD, PLM, Marketing, and Management to drive profitable regional growth strategies.
- Regularly track business metrics, identify gaps and opportunities in performance (Turnover, Profitability, Product Mix), and implement counter-measures as needed.
What makes you a good fit
- Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in technical sales.
- Strong ability to influence, motivate, and build relationships across all levels, with a focus on results and value creation.
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset, capable of coordinating projects with internal stakeholders both commercially and technically.
- Willingness to travel across Europe and work remotely.
- Fluent in German and English; knowledge of additional languages such as Swedish, Dutch, or Italian is a plus.
