Tasks

We are building an entirely new industry, requiring innovative growth efforts and audience education. As part of the team, you will implement strategies to increase awareness and engagement through planning, execution, and operational support.

1. Data Management: Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to evaluate the performance of growth initiatives.
2. Project Execution: Plan, execute, and collaborate with the team to implement strategies and complete growth-related projects on time.
3. Marketing Content and Campaign Coordination: Support the marketing team by organizing, scheduling, and distributing content across channels, managing social media accounts, conducting basic SEO checks, and supporting event logistics.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial/ambitious spirit with the ability to self-manage
• Creative, result-oriented, open mindset
• Good copywriting skills
• Excellent English skills; knowledge of German, French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus
• Strong computer and tech skills; design or video editing experience is a plus
• Hands-on mentality with diverse project experience
• Experience in early-stage, high-innovation companies is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to relocate to Berlin, Germany; remote work is not possible
