Job summary
A leading HR solutions provider in Canada is seeking an HR Services Assistant focused on benefits. This role involves providing outstanding support for employee inquiries, maintaining records, and analyzing processes for improvements. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR, be organized, and possess strong problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $26.00 to $29.00 per hour, plus potential bonuses.

- 1+ years’ experience as a HR Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus.
- Experience providing HR Services support across multiple functions, including onboarding, benefits, and records management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support for employee inquiries regarding benefits-related matters.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, paperwork, and documentation.
- Analyze data and trends to improve benefits-related processes and recommend enhancements.
