Scope
- JTS requires a temporary dedicated Project Manager Senior. It is expected that the consultant resource will have the necessary Project Management skills and demonstrated experience to provide leadership in the creation of a comprehensive business case and application solution requiring possible integration of commercial off the shelf solutions, product(s), .NET modules and other custom build components.
Assignment Deliverables
- Integrated Project & Schedule Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, detailed schedules, task breakdowns, dependencies, resource allocations, and cost estimates aligned with OPS methodologies.
- Project Reporting & Controls: Prepare regular status reports, track milestones, and document risks, issues, and mitigation strategies, including analysis of technical and business impacts.
- Team & Communication Management: Define team roles and responsibilities, facilitate meetings with stakeholders and vendors, and produce communication materials supporting decisions and project alignment.
- Knowledge & Interdependency Management: Maintain organized project documentation in shared repositories and monitor/report interdependencies across related projects and workstreams.
A Note on the VOR Master Service Agreement:
- The VOR Master Service Agreement expires on April 5, 2027, and includes a six (6)-month survival clause, allowing the Statement of Work (SOW) to continue, if operationally required, until October 5, 2027. Extension(s) are only allowed using unused days and/or funds remaining on the contract. No additional funds will be added beyond the maximum contract value and any extension options included in the original SOW. JTS may exercise its option(s) to extend the SOW beyond April 5, 2027, in accordance with the survival clause.
- The start date is subject to change based on security clearances and contract signing timelines.
