A reputable automotive dealership is seeking a Subprime Finance Manager in Courtenay, BC. This full-time role involves managing the Subprime portfolio for a dealer group, negotiating deals with major lenders, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial services background and dealership experience. Competitive salary ranges from $70,000 to $130,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial services with a focus on dealership operations preferred.
- Strong background in negotiation, sales, and customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid VSA licence.
- Valid BC Driver’s Licence.
Responsibilities
- Manage Subprime portfolio for dealer group.
- Buy leads.
- Manage a portal with access to all major lenders.
- Handle the department's customer service.
