About the role

As a Social Media & Content Associate at Tamara, you will shape how Tamara talks. Be a key driver in running our content and social media across TikTok, X, IG, LinkedIn, and more making sure we re relevant, connected to our community, and speaking the language of each platform, especially for Gen Z

Your Responsibilities:

• Create and post content that fits each platform.
• Spot trends and capitalize on them to stay relevant, especially with Gen Z.
• Reply to comments and DMs to stay connected with our community.
• Work with the brand, design, and marketing teams on campaigns.
• Track and report the performance of our content.
• Keep our content calendar organized and up to date.
• Assist with influencer content creation as needed.
• Always look for new ideas and best practices to keep us ahead.

Your expertise

Experience

• Bachelor s degree in marketing, journalism, social sciences or similar experience.
• 0 2 years working in social media, content creation, or marketing.
• Strong writing skills in English & Arabic

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• You love TikTok, IG, X, and know what works where.
• You re creative, quick, and stay on top of trends.
• You re organized and can juggle multiple projects.
• You care about the details and the bigger picture.
• You re a team player and like working with others.
