Keyper is a fast-growing PropTech and FinTech startup redefining how property ownership and management work across the UAE. Our platform simplifies property operations, rent collection, and tenant management — empowering landlords and tenants with a seamless digital experience.
The Leasing Team Lead will lead Keyper’s leasing function, driving growth, efficiency, and exceptional client experience across all leasing operations. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, and the ability to manage, motivate, and scale a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate will also play a key role in promoting Keyper’s Rent Now, Pay Later (RNPL) solution and digital rent payment platform, building partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence within the leasing cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the leasing strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize occupancy, revenue, and client experience.
Identify market opportunities and trends to inform pricing, portfolio performance, and expansion plans.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of leasing professionals to achieve individual and collective targets.
Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, growth, and collaboration.
Establish clear performance metrics and career development plans for the team.
Oversee the full leasing process — from property onboarding and pricing strategy to tenant acquisition and renewals.
Drive adoption of Keyper’s RNPL and digital payment solutions within the leasing function.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance leasing efficiency, occupancy rates, and client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key partners in the real estate ecosystem.
Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align on growth initiatives.
Analyze leasing performance metrics and market trends to optimize strategy and decision-making.
Establish team KPIs, provide ongoing coaching, and foster a performance-driven culture.
Ensure compliance with RERA and other local real estate regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in leasing or real estate operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in managing leasing performance and driving business growth.
Strong people management and coaching experience.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to and champion digital solutions (PropTech / FinTech exposure preferred).
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
