1. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Odoo ERP Business Analyst (BA) to join our dynamic team.
2. As an Odoo ERP BA, you will be responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing business processes in the Odoo ERP system to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance overall business performance.
3. Your primary focus will be understanding the business needs of various departments and translating them into functional and technical requirements for successful Odoo ERP system deployment and customization.
4. Responsibilities include:

• Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders from different departments to understand their business processes, pain points, and requirements. Analyze existing workflows and propose optimized solutions using Odoo ERP modules and features.
• Requirement Gathering: Elicit, document, and prioritize functional and technical requirements from stakeholders, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic goals.
• Solution Design: Design and model functional solutions within Odoo ERP, considering system capabilities, scalability, and best practices. Recommend customizations or configurations to address specific business needs.
• User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the Odoo ERP system. Provide ongoing support and address user queries and issues related to the ERP platform.
