Job Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and present Key Capital Properties' real estate offerings.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule property viewings for the sales team.
Understand client needs, offer tailored property solutions, and persuade potential buyers/renters to explore our services.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system with accuracy.
Handle incoming inquiries from prospective clients, providing them with relevant information and addressing their questions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales conversions and customer retention.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, competitive trends, and new opportunities in the market.
Adhere to company policies, sales guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and telesales techniques.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in telesales, preferably within the real estate sector or a related industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle objections effectively.
Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude.
Basic knowledge of Dubai's real estate market is highly desirable.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
