• Plan, schedule, and oversee the daily operations of vehicle conversion projects
• Supervise and coordinate the production team to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery
• Monitor the workflow and implement process improvements to optimize productivity
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment required for various vehicle conversion builds
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering/design, and quality control departments
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety, technical, and quality standards
• Train and evaluate staff to promote a skilled and motivated workforce
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ISO standards
• Prepare and present production reports and updates to senior management

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in vehicle conversion/fabrication (e.g., ambulances, mobile clinics, armored/security vehicles, etc.)
• Proven experience in production or workshop management
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
• In-depth knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, tools, and safety practices
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and production layouts
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with automotive regulatory and quality standards (ISO, etc.) is a plus
