Job summary

A leading logistics company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a dedicated Operations Assistant to help with vessel handling and operational tasks. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar field.
• Freshers may be considered based on academics and personality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operational matters related to vessel handling.
• Create service records in the operational system.
• Ensure supplier invoices are received and managed.
• Support Operations team with vessel visits.
• Handle customer queries regarding services rendered.
• Pass operationally closed job files for invoicing.
• Ensure renewal of company-provided Government IDs.
• Assure proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
