What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Support senior management, brokers, and administrative teams.
• Manage office budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships.
• Implement and maintain company policies, compliance, and procedures.
• Coordinate HR and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Set MBOs & KPIs: Establish clear Management by Objectives (MBOs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all staff members across the company to align individual goals with business objectives.
• Performance Reviews: Conduct ongoing performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees, ensuring continuous growth and accountability.
• Compensation Advisory: Collaborate closely with the CEO to identify employees eligible for salary increments or bonuses based on performance and contributions.
• Shift & Meeting Coordination: Organise and coordinate team shifts, meetings, and coverage during breaks, holidays, and other off-hours to maintain smooth operations.
• Issue Monitoring: Monitor operational workflows, troubleshoot and debug issues within company systems (such as Zaps), and ensure timely resolution of technical or process-related problems.
• Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes, improve productivity, and maintain high standards of quality.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to meet company goals and foster a positive work culture.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align operational activities with overall business strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Junior Operations Manager (real estate experience is essential).
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and people management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
• Native or bilingual in English
