Job summary
A leading international consulting firm is seeking a graduate lawyer to join its legal team in Sharjah, UAE. This role involves managing corporate portfolios and reviewing construction contracts. Ideal candidates will hold a law degree, demonstrate fluency in Arabic and English, and be UAE Nationals with a proactive approach to legal challenges. Qualifications
- Must be a UAE National.
- Recently graduated or up to 2 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure.
- Proactive attitude toward learning and developing legal expertise.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of legal services across the Middle East.
- Assist with managing company entities in the Middle East.
- Review, draft, and organize contracts and agreements.
- Stay informed about laws affecting operations in the region.
- Manage corporate documents and activities.
- Collaborate with other teams on legal responsibilities.
