Job summary

A leading inspection company in Dubai is seeking a professional to manage client inquiries and coordinate sampling operations. The candidate will handle communications, liaise with field staff, and ensure timely delivery of materials. A Bachelor's degree in Science or Chemistry is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills are essential. This is a full-time on-site position with no remote work options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries phone calls and all related correspondence.
• Coordinate with clients for scheduling sample collection and delivery.
• Liaise with laboratory and field staff for site visits.
• Manage flight and hotel arrangements for the team.
• Register samples in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Apply for gate passes and permits for site access.
• Raise purchase orders for materials and subcontracted services.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of services and materials.
• Create job entries in the BOSS system and prepare invoices.
