Job summary

A leading multi-sector family business in the UAE seeks a skilled professional to manage vehicle induction processes. Responsibilities include coordinating vehicle registrations, maintaining asset records, and ensuring compliance with documentation standards. Candidates must have a diploma in business administration or related field and 2–4 years of experience in fleet operations or logistics. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential. Proficiency in CarPro and MS Office is preferred. Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage new vehicle induction processes per operational standards.
  • Coordinate with dealers for vehicle documentation and insurance arrangements.
  • Maintain records of stock and asset management of vehicles.
  • Compile operational reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and documentation standards.
