We are looking for a Head of GCC Sales to elevate our business. You will lead revenue growth, establish lasting partnerships, and convert opportunities into impact. You will inherit a robust client base and a respected brand, with growth as the next goal.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
  • Drive regional sales pipeline to meet revenue targets and maintain a healthy sales funnel.
  • Identify new opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers.
  • Research and map the market to identify high-potential accounts and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Support and guide the sales team to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to craft winning sales strategies.

Deliver ROI quickly: set net revenue targets considering market opportunity and ROI. Aim for a revenue multiple of X3 within Q1 and X10 within the first year. Our uncapped commission structure rewards overperformance.

Account Management:
  • Manage and grow key accounts, deepen trust, increase adoption, and boost customer satisfaction.
  • Become the trusted partner for clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation with delivery teams.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product development and support.
What you'll bring
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in tech/SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry in the GCC region.
