Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in textile design or a related field.
• ·Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
• Strong understanding of repeat pattern creation, colour separation, and print techniques.
• Excellent sense of color & trend awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of thoughtful and well-executed design work.
• Ability to work effectively under supervision and contribute positively within a team environment.
• High attention to detail and solid analytical thinking in the design process.
• Well-developed creative skills with a good understanding of design principles.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
