Sealy Mattress Middle East a leader in the premium bedding industry with over 30 years of excellence is looking for a dynamic Contract Sales Manager to drive our commercial sales efforts. Based out of Jeddah our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility produces top‑tier mattresses and bedding solutions under well‑respected brands such as Sealy Crown Jewels and Stearns & Foster. The Contract Sales Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the hospitality sector by building and nurturing relationships with commercial clients including hotels resorts and larger corporate accounts. This role demands a strategic thinker who is adept at managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target and attract commercial clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the hospitality industry.
  • Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Sealys cutting‑edge products.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing structures that benefit both the client and the company.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure optimal fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to effectively position Sealys offerings.
  • Provide ongoing customer support and resolve any inquiries or issues that may arise post‑sale.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management or contract sales preferably within the bedding furniture or hospitality sectors.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a focus on market trends and customer insights.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or relevant field preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
  • Preferred age between 30 to 40 years.
