About the role

As we continue to grow across the globe, we are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities across multiple verticals within the UAE market, whilst partnering with our local business development team.

  • Qualify, prospect and create new business opportunities for our Business Development team, utilizing top‑of‑the‑range sales tools such as Salesforce to boost productivity.
  • Exceed monthly targets and daily KPIs, with support from your Manager and the wider team.
  • Take ownership of building and managing a robust pipeline of prospecting customers, while continuously improving the sales funnel.
  • Play an integral part of Doctify’s revenue growth.
  • Become an expert on the Doctify product and a thought leader within the HealthTech field.
About You
  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience within an outbound sales position, or outreaching to potential new business opportunities.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ambitious, self‑starter and go‑getter, always striving for success.
  • Natural communication skills and not afraid of the phone; resilience is key.
  • Thrives working in a fast‑paced environment and has an open mind regarding changing conditions, typical in a scale‑up.
