Job Description

Overview:

As a Sales Manager – Leisure FIT/Groups for Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection, you will lead our Leisure/Group sales initiatives within the dynamic Dubai market. This role is instrumental in driving room revenue, developing long-term client relationships, and positioning the hotel as a preferred destination for Leisure travellers and leisure Group clients. The ideal candidate will bring strong market knowledge, proactive sales techniques, and exceptional relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the leisure sales strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Identify, target, and secure DMC and MICE accounts while maintaining and growing existing relationships.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, sales calls, and presentations to promote the hotel’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams to create attractive corporate packages and offers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, room nights, and revenue KPIs for the corporate segment.
  • Represent the property at trade shows, roadshows, and networking events in the UAE and regionally.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, market reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
Desired Skill & Expertise

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Executive or Manager or similar role in a luxury or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge in Russian language is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, client-facing presence.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
