Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years Dubai real estate experience is mandatory.
  • Proven track record as a Sales Manager or Team Leader.
  • Strong knowledge of off-plan and secondary market.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to recruit, motivate, and manage a team.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and results-driven mindset.
