We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator Logistics Officer to handle both administrative and logistics operations in our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office management while coordinating logistics activities including shipments, inventory, and supplier communications.
Key Responsibilities:Manage daily office operations and ensure an efficient work environment.
Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and scheduling meetings.
Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
Oversee office supplies procurement and vendor coordination.
Support HR functions including employee records and assisting with recruitment.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments ensuring timely deliveries.
Manage logistics documentation including invoices, customs clearance, and transport records.
Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and warehouse staff to optimize supply chain operations.
Track inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
Monitor and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and shipping guidelines.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office administration and logistics.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of logistics, shipping, and supply chain management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and logistics software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Language: Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).
