Job summary
A leading VVIP Operator in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Avionics Systems Engineer to enhance aircraft reliability and operational performance. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering and have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Engine and Power Plant engineering. Responsibilities include conducting safety analyses, managing ETOPS compliance, and providing AOG technical support. This position offers a permanent role in a reputable organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Engine and Power Plant as a systems or support engineer.
Responsibilities
- Conduct safety, reliability, and cost analyses for aircraft systems.
- Identify, evaluate, and initiate product improvements.
- Perform reliability monitoring and trend analysis.
- Review and prioritize deferred defects.
- Manage ETOPS Manual revisions and CMP compliance.
- Evaluate technical publications and provide recommendations.
- Propose and manage retrofit and modification programs.
- Investigate and resolve technical problems.
- Provide troubleshooting and AOG technical support.
