Successful candidates will have a degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in a maintenance department, preferably in the cement industry. The role involves monitoring equipment health, generating reports, and coordinating with teams for compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Maintenance Department, preferably within the cement industry, with at least 3 years in an Inspection department.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections on all plant equipment and initiate maintenance requests.
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules by updating preventive maintenance plans.
• Monitor equipment health using relevant condition predictors like vibration and oil analysis for critical machinery.
• Generate technical reports on a periodical basis regarding equipment condition, to plan required actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment performance and compliance with safety and quality standards.
