- Craft and execute Talabat’s communication strategy throughout the MENA region.
- Collaborate with top‑level management and stakeholders to align communication strategies with the company’s business goals.
- Take the reins of our regional communications team, offering strategic direction and fostering team growth.
- Drive the creation of communication assets and content to achieve local market objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Talabat’s brand and marketing teams for a consistent brand voice all channels.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance of all communication materials with relevant regulations through collaboration with Talabat’s legal team.
- Play a pivotal role in crisis communications, providing strategic direction and content.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of communication campaigns, offering insights and recommendations for enhancement.
- Solid track record of leading communications in multiple markets, with experience in the MENA region deemed advantageous.
- Proven ability to create fresh and out‑of‑the‑box communication campaigns that resonate with our young customer base.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to guide teams across Talabat markets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Arabic is a plus.
- Experience in crisis management and issues management.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, public relations, or a related field.
