The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the HVAC industry, along with a proven track record of managing large-scale operations. The COO will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, managing day-to-day activities, and ensuring the successful execution of the company's strategic goals.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure optimal performance across all departments, including sales, service, installation, and customer support.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies to maximize productivity and profitability.
- Lead the expansion of the HVAC business in the Dubai market, focusing on growth and market share.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement necessary changes to meet business targets.
- Manage relationships with key clients, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
- Work closely with the CEO and other senior executives to develop and execute long-term business plans.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to drive operational excellence.
