Were looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team and drive the next chapter of our growth journey. As COO youll be the architect of our operational engine. Youll lead day-to-day operations across supply chain sourcing logistics finance ops HR and international setup. This is a rare opportunity to build scale and optimize the infrastructure behind a high-growth consumer brandfrom warehouse floor to boardroom.

Youll work closely with the Founders to translate vision into reality ensuring that our internal operations can support the pace and ambition of the business. Youll also play a key leadership role as we expand into new markets categories and channels.

• Oversee core operations across sourcing production warehousing logistics finance ops and HR
• Build and lead high-performing teams across functions with a focus on culture accountability and agility
• Design and implement scalable systems and processes to support rapid growth in the Middle East and beyond
• Lead the UAE entity setup including regulatory legal financial and operational foundations
• Establish and manage supplier and manufacturing relationships across multiple geographies
• Ensure operational excellence around inventory planning demand forecasting quality control and cost optimization Oversee budgeting cash flow forecasting and resource allocation in partnership with finance
• Work closely with Product Marketing and Customer Experience to ensure seamless end-to-end execution
• Create clear dashboards and operational KPIs to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
• Champion sustainability and ethical practices across the supply chain
• Be a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and help shape the long-term vision of Coco Curls

• 10 years of experience in operations supply chain or business leadershipideally within beauty personal care or consumer goods
• Experience scaling startups or high-growth brands ideally with international operations
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a proven ability to grow and manage multifunctional teams
• Operational rigor with a hands-on solutions-oriented mindset
• Track record of managing complex supply chains logistics and product operations
• Financial fluency and comfort with budgeting forecasting and reporting
• Deep understanding of ethical sourcing ESG frameworks and sustainability in consumer goods
• Familiarity with setting up new entities or regional operations especially in the GCC
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Dubai with flexibility to travel as needed
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is strongly preferred
