We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented recruitment executive to join our team. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across the region, with a strong focus on Emiratization initiatives. This position requires someone who can handle high volume recruitment while ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

• Lead and execute the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Support and drive Emiratization recruitment efforts in line with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and provide effective recruitment strategies.
• Build and manage talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Coordinate interviewing scheduling, assessments, and offer management in a timely manner.
• Maintain recruitment records and reports with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, organizational policies, and confidentiality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities and high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
