We are seeking an experienced HR Manager/Generalist on a 12-month maternity cover to support our Dubai HR team in day-to-day operations. This is a non-convertible contract role, ideal for a proactive HR professional looking to make an impact in a fast-paced, international setting.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and serve as the first point of contact for employees.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including visas, work permits, and medical insurance.
- Assist with visa letters, employee certifications, and salary certificates.
- Plan and coordinate relocations and expatriate assignments.
- Maintain HR policies and practices in compliance with local regulations and DIFC governance.
- Manage monthly processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Support salary payments, invoices, reimbursements, and staff salary adjustments.
- Manage monthly gratuity contributions for DEWS.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure consistent HR policy application.
- Organize filing and archiving of all HR-related documents.
- Support implementation of global and regional HR initiatives, including Workday HR system and payroll.
- Coordinate ad-hoc HR projects and support the HR team with miscellaneous requests.
